By accessing or using the 10xGO website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the public Site and related materials. They do not replace product-specific terms, customer agreements, or employment agreements that may apply to other 10xGO relationships.
Who we are
10xGO is an AI software company that funds, ships, and helps sell AI and software products. References to “products” mean software available through 10xGO, whether built by us or with partners.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, scrape in a way that harms the service, or use the Site to send spam or unlawful content.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or posed a risk to the Site or others.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by 10xGO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing.
“10xGO,” related marks, and company product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
No offer or advice
Content on the Site is for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell securities, investment advice, legal advice, or a commitment to partner, hire, or provide services.
Company descriptions, roadmap items, and status labels may change and are not guarantees of future performance or availability.

Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 10xGO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10xGO and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to 10xGO’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
